Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products (including logo-printed or custom-designed headwear)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at idexports5150@gmail.com with your order ID and clear images of the issue.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
